Almaradia: The new technology reduced feed consumption by 50%
Almardia Company for trading and Agriculture confirmed that the new technology adopted in Almardia farms, which relies on “beneficial bacteria”, is not restricted to agricultural production only, with its success in tremendously raising the fertility rate of the land, and overcoming the challenge of high salt levels in the soil.
The Chairman of the Board, Sheikh Faisal bin Hamad Al Thani, added that this technology can also be used in raising animals, birds, and fish, as there is a type of this beneficial bacteria that contributes to increasing the percentage of meat in the animal, while another increases the percentage of milk.
Regarding the experience of this technology and this type of bacteria in halal breeding, His Excellency the Sheikh confirmed that the use of feed has decreased by 50%, the quality of meat has become higher, the health of the animal is better, and its size is larger.
